About Energy Coaching
The heart of my practice is healing-from-within. With emphasis on self-compassion and playfulness, I offer guidance for tuning in to your own system to support the flow of health and vitality through practical energy coaching techniques.
While each session flows according to your specific intentions, some of the gentle methods I use include hands-on energy healing*, grounding exercises, awakening centers of consciousness (chakras), intention setting and conscious manifestation practices.
**Energy coaching may help:
– maintain and increase physical and mental energy
– alleviate emotional strain and trauma
– reduce stress, anxiety and “burnout”
– manifest a joyous, loving and balanced life
I also enjoy using my writing skills to help fledgling and experienced authors to rediscover their innate lifeforce, i.e. what lights them up from the inside, and express their full creative potential.
I am based in Northern New Jersey and meet with clients individually, in groups in person and via zoom.

*Energy healing helps to clear and charge the human energy field, to remove energetic blocks that may lead to dis-ease and to enhance the body’s natural healing capability. It is practiced through gentle touch, with hands on the body and also through the Human Energy Field which surrounds the body. It is also practiced remotely via zoom. The work is done with clients fully clothed and lying on the healing table.
**I do not medically diagnose or prescribe treatment. If you have a physical injury or disease condition, I ask that you be in the care of a licensed medical professional. I do not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. Self-care is a key part of this work and is your responsibility during our work together. If at any time during a session you are uncomfortable, please inform me immediately. I also recommend that you refrain from using recreational drugs or alcohol for 24 hours prior to or following our practice session.
Any information you share with me during our session is always kept confidential.
